How It Works

Cheats Database is a free service offering cheats, cheat codes hints tips and more to your websites for no charge*, but how does it work?
It’s as easy as 1-2-3!
 

1. Signup for an account
2. Setup a website with the client we offer for free, following our install instructions
3. Your done, you should be able to see cheats that are hassle free straight away

How does it really work though?

Internally the system is a little more complex than we let on above, the following diagram should explain in a greater detail the steps necessary to get information to your users. Note this example is also simplified, behind the scenes things such as caching are going on to increase the performance of your website.

1. User requests cheats from your website
2. The website backend queries the Cheats Database API for cheats
3. The Cheats Database API website replies with any cheats it knows about
4. Your website then serves these cheats to your user, the whole Cheats Database API process is hidden from the user
